The FishCamps at wocomoco 2015

(ENGLISH ONLY)

Innsbruck and the region of Tirol is hosting the 3rd World Collaborative Mobility Congress “wocomoco” from 25th to 26th June 2015.

What is the FishCamp?

The FishCamp is a new congress format that merges elements of the known formats “fishbowl” and “barcamp”. The idea is that invited speakers prepare a short 3 minutes statement and a 15 minutes ppt-presentation on any topic relevant to collaborative mobility services and markets.

At the FishCamp, the selected speakers will present their short statements to the participants, followed by a discussion according to “fishbowl-rules”**. At the end of the FishCamp the participants choose the most convincing and inspiring expert and send him/her off to the next plenary session, where s/he gets to hold his/her 15 minutes presentation in front of the entire audience. Please be aware that although participants of the FishCamps are required to prepare a 15 min PowerPoint presentation, only one speaker per FishCamp (that is the person chosen by the respective FishCamp audience) will actually get the chance to hold this presentation in front of the wocomoco audience.

**During a „Fishbowl“ select experts gather in a small circle with the audience seated in one or two circles around them. The first 10 to 15 minutes consist of a moderated discussion between the experts sitting in the inner circle. After the initial discussion the audience is invited to join in by individually changing seats with the experts from the inner circle.
